Girl, age 14. Psoriasis.

The skin is affected with psoriasis on the body, hair bottom, arms and legs. Being afraid of needles, she was treated with magnets.

Due to discovered excessive energy in the lung meridian and deficient energy in the large intestine meridian she has treated at AH-UM pairs. The northpole magnet (coloured white) was applied at the lung byol-meridian, and the southpole magnet (coloured yellow) at the large intestine byol-meridian (Fig. 1).

She was also treated with hypnosis. After four weeks all her symptoms were gone and her skin was healthy all over the body.

Patient: a 6 year old boy. Diagnosis: congenital total alopecia.

In his medical history: frequent common colds (bronchitis, pneumonias), recurrent attacks of abdominal pains, intestinal colic type, owing to which the boy was often referred to surgeons in hospital. His communication habits demonstrate that he is a quick and reasonable child.

The boy's energy constitution was evaluated as excessive unified Dryness with noticeable deficiency of branch Heat and Wind energies within its structure.

Treatment began with sedation of individual AH-Dryness and tonification of branch Heat in its structure on byol-meridians (Fig. 1).

With each procedure the boy's state grew better, abdominal pains less frequent and pronounced, he had good appetite, and after the fifth session there appeared first soft and downy hair on his head.

The treatment was added by moxibustion with minimoxas of the basic points on the Yin-surface of the left hand and of the areas corresponding to the scalp in the standard system of the hand.

This treatment continued until abdominal pains disappeared completely. Then I proceeded to sedation of the UM-Dryness individual energy by the combined method and tonification of branch Heat and Wind within its structure (Fig. 2).

In all, the first course of treatment consisted of 20 sessions. But two weeks afterwards, the boy suddenly began to lose his hear in spite of repeated course of treatment. Though the effect was absent, I went on with the treatment and I was rewarded: new hair - thick and tough, like his mother's - replaced the former soft hair. This change occurred very quickly. Now the boy goes to school, has good thick hair and feels absolutely healthy.

I'd like to point out that before administration of Su Jok therapy the boy was consulted and treated in various medical institutions of St.Petersburg, including the Institute of Paediatrics - without any effect.

Male: aged 30.

Diagnosis: psoriasis. Has been ill for 20 years. The disease runs with periodical marked exacerbations, eruptions extend to the distal parts of the arms and legs, during exacerbations his emotional state is depressive with bursts of anger. No pathologies have been revealed in the internal organs.

In determining the leading energy axis in the patient's constitution, one pays attention to imbalance of internal-external relationships, central and peripheral regions of the body. This becomes possible with the dominating in-out Homo-Hetero axis, when excessive and deficient energies in the unified energies constitution follow one by one in succession, which we can see in the patient. The energies of Dryness (skin disease - dryness, itching, cracks; proneness to depressions), Wind ("burst-like" moods, developed muscles, unstable emotions and symptoms, sudden attacks of itching, more during the active hours of the gall bladder and liver meridians), and of Hotness (red complexion, coarse features, red hot palms, marked subcutaneous fat, large prominent red eruptions, predominantly on the hands and feet) manifest themselves in excess. The Heat, Coldness and Humidity energies are deficient (Fig. 1).

According to the constitution the following treatment was administered:

- tonification of unified energies of Heat, Coldness and Humidity, sedation of unified energies of Wind, Hotness and Dryness on byol-chakras in the systems of the hand and foot (Fig. 2);

- sedation of AH-Anger, AH-Satisfaction and AH-Sadness on byol-meridians of the hands due to a marked exacerbation.

The course of treatment comprised eight sessions. By the end of treatment there remained single clear-cut patches on the hands, the patient's emotional state was noticeably better, a repeat course was offered a month later.

As the above examples demonstrate, determination of the leading energy axis ensures a better understanding of the constitution, energy interrelationships within it, and helps to administer a more precise treatment in man's energy system, obtaining fast and positive results. The criteria of determination of a leading axis are clear and definite, based on Triorigin theory and correspond to Triorigin model that consists of four components: Homo, Hetero, Neutro and zero (origin) Neutro. Since the Triorigin law is fundamental and underlying, understanding the Six Energies constitution from these positions becomes a coherent and fast-solving task.

 

Z.Khachatrian, M.D., Armenia

Male: age 46.

Diagnosis: neurodermite. Has been ill for 3 years. Various medications proved to be inefficient. Dexamethazone treatment provided temporary improvement. After it was cancelled the patient's condition worsened sharply. Repeat prescription of dexamethazone had no effect.

He was troubled by insomnia, irritability, depression, severe itching of skin, sense of inferiority, limited working ability.

The patient was exhausted, with very low appetite and noticeably pale skin. In his words, Su Jok method was his last hope. He was in despair.

Treatment:

1. Warming up of the basic points and adrenal glands correspondence area.

2. In the standard correspondence system on the hand the tender points were located and stimulated in the projections of the lungs, large intestine, gall bladder, adrenal glands.

3. Since the skin is controlled by the energy of Dryness and the patient was plagued by depression and sorrow, I assessed his condition as the excessive UM-Dryness energy and sedated the lung meridian (energy flow therapy) (Fig. 1).

After three sessions the patient reported joyfully that for the first time in 3 years he slept all night through without feeling itchy and was fresh at last. In the daytime itching troubled him still less. Fifteen sessions were carried out.

The patient put on about 5 kg of weight, his complection improved, he is in good moods, full of life, has more ability to work. Itching practically does not trouble him for 7 months yet.

He is very thankful for being cured of his illness and enthusiastically tells everybody about this wonderful method.

 

Dr. Hemant Jivraj Thakkar, India

Patient: Mrs. Saroia, age 55.

Diagnosis: psoriasis. For the past five years had been troubled by continual itching of both hands, predominantly on the Yang-surface. Dark-red patches with transudate discharge. Her sleep is disturbed as itching intensifies by morning (at 3 to 6 a.m.) and is accompanied by a sense of hotness.

On examination:

Maculopapular eruptions ++++

Reddening-inflammation +++

Liquid discharge +++

Coarse, dry skin +++

Treatment:

1) At the level of individual energies: sedation of UM-Heat and UM-Humidity (Fig. 1).

2) At the level of branch energies: according to the spatial diagnostics Heat was sedated on the external byol-chakra of Hotness (Fig. 2).

On the 10th day of treatment considerable improvement was noted: itching was less and caused trouble only at night, for 15-20 minutes. Patches on the hands got dry. But there remained transudate discharge and a sense of hotness.

The treatment was continued two or three times per week for another six weeks by the following prescriptions:

1) At the level of unified energies Humidity energy was sedated through byol-chakras (Fig. 3).

2) At the level of branch energies - sedation of branch Humidity energy on the UM-Heat byol-chakra (Fig. 4); sedation of branch Coldness energy on the byol-meridians of Wind (of the gall bladder and liver); sedation of Heat energy on the byol-meridians of Coldness (of the bladder and kidneys).

After six weeks: no patches on the right hand. Isolated patches on the left hand remained. The skin looked normal and healthy. Occasionally, slight itching appeared. A sense of hotness, transsudate discharge were absent.

The patient continues maintenance therapy (one session per week). Symptoms of illness are absent.

Patient N.: male, b. 1971. Diagnosis: chronic diffuse neurodermite.

Complaints of itching eruptions on the skin mainly in the region of the face, neck, hands. The disease was developing gradually, unrelated to any concrete factor, intensifying in summer. The patient has been ill for five years. All this time has been troubled by constipation, too. On examination no pathology of the internal organs was revealed, the skin of the face, neck and hands covered with purple-red crust, cracks with oozing sanies on the hands. One pays attention to excessive emotionality, garrulity, risibility of the patient in combination with punctuality, accentuated tidiness, strict following the specialists' advice, proneness to melancholy, dissatisfaction, anxiety and self-analysis.

In view of the above, one can suppose that in the patient's constitution the unified energies of Heat (Joy), Humidity (Anxiety) and Dryness (Sadness) are predominant. Relatively deficient are the energies of Hotness (Satisfaction), Wind (Anger) and Coldness (Fear). This is possible in the cross-sectional axial constitution (Core axes constitution) of excess Heat, Humidity and Dryness (Fig. 1).

At the level of individual energies, the AH-Dryness energy is dominating in the patient (skin diseases - crusts, cracks; large intestine problems - constipation, emotionally: episodes of melancholy, depression), and within its structure there is deficiency of Heat (Joy).

In this connection, the following treatment was administered:

- tonification of branch Heat within the basic AH-Dryness energy by the rule of axes on the byol-meridians of the hand - two sessions (Fig. 2);

- sedation of unified energies of Joy, Anxiety and Sadness, tonification of Satisfaction and Anger on the external chakras of the hand according to the constitution - another ten sessions (Fig. 3).

After the first two sessions the itching decreased but eruptions persisted. Subsequent procedures resulted in pronounced positive dynamics - itching subsided, affected sites cleared, leaving a small pink-brown patch. More than a year has passed, the patient considers himself healthy, has no complaints.

Patient M.: female, b.1951. Diagnosis: chronic eczema.

Complaints of bright-red eruptions on the skin of the hands and ankle joints, mainly on the right, on internal surfaces, accompanied by weeping, and subjectively - by troublesome itching. The patient reports that intake of even small doses of alcohol is provocative for enhanced manifestations of the disease.

The patient's medical history contains information about her atonic constipations, obesity, chronic glomerulonephritis, multiple osteochondrosis (mainly in the lumbar-sacral region), she is quick-tempered, ambitious, demanding, laughs loudly, has good memory and intelligence. The application diagnosis of the kidney meridian with a magnet revealed the former's deficiency, while tonification of the kidney meridians resulted in decreased itching. The function of the large intestine (atonic constipation) and the state of the related meridian was low, too, according to muscular and application diagnosis.

Therefore, one can point to predominance of the following individual energies in the patient: AH-Wind (quick temper, attacks of itching), AH-Heat (loud voice, laugh, red eruptions), AH-Coldness (multiple osteochondrosis with periodically marked pain syndrome), UM-Hotness (intolerance of alcohol, localisation of eruptions on the hands and feet), UM-Humidity (eczema, obesity, good memory) and UM-Dryness (chronic skin disease, will on the mental level) in the symmetrical axial constitution of UM-Humidity (Heat-Dryness axis) (Fig. 1).

At the level of unified energies Humidity was dominating as well, and the same energy was manifested within the UM-Hotness structure, according to spatial-functional diagnosis of a pathology. Within the deficient AH-Dryness energy, first of all, one could think of deficient Heat. In accordance with the diagnostic findings, the following treatment was selected:

- sedation of branch Humidity within the basic UM-Hotness energy on byol-meridians by the rule of axes - three sessions (Fig. 2);

- sedation of UM-Humidity on the byol-chakras of the hand by the antisubjugation function - another seven sessions (Fig. 3);

- tonification of branch Heat within the basic AH-Dryness energy on byol-meridians on alternate days.

As a result of treatment, on the first session itching stopped, from the fifth or sixth session a positive dynamic of skin manifestations could be sees, by the end of the course the symptoms of exacerbation of eczema subsided and the skin healed. During the next six months there was no exacerbation of the disease, the patient feels well.

Patient S, aged 15. Diagnosis: keloid cicatrices of the upper limbs.

At the age of five after deep thermal burn of the upper limbs rough disfiguring keloid cicatrices have been formed. Since the girl was very troubled by this defect, which made her shy, her parents were ready to agree to a plastic operation. I proposed Su Jok therapy, and they agreed.

During a month, practically every day I warmed with minimoxas and stimulated with magnet stars the areas corresponding to cicatrices on the fingers and toes in the standard correspondence systems. Within two weeks the cicatrices began to smooth down. After a month break I resumed sessions two times a week, adding local Six Ki treatment: sedation of Coldness, tonification of Heat and Humidity (Fig. 1).

The results were beyond expectation: the cicatrices smoothed away, contractures were less by over 50%. Besides, the girl became more active at school, her memory improved and, as a consequence, her school performance was better. The treatment goes on.

Patient M.: female, b. 1950. Diagnosis: lichen planus.

Complaints of eruptions on the skin that leave brown and white patches afterwards. Has been ill for two years. The rash began to spread from the right forearm, after an acute grave stressful event. In the patient's medical history - duodenal ulcer, she also suffers from varicose veins of the shins.

All the above symptoms indicate the dominating Dryness energy in the patient's constitution, it is also present as a trunk (AH-Dryness) and branch (UM-Dryness) of her year of birth. The most important role in the development of the disease belongs to AH-Dryness (AH-Sadness), the greatest imbalance is there, too (skin disease). Following the regional principle, Heat can be regarded to be the branch energy (the right arm according to the feminine type of energy circulation in the body, the right forearm according to the chakra regional diagnosis of the limbs) (Fig. 1). Manifestations of the disease - dry eruptions leaving brown and white patches - can be evaluated as subbranch Dryness.

Treatment was given according to this diagnosis - sedation of subbranch Dryness within branch Heat of the basic AH-Dryness energy on byol-meridians (Fig. 2).

Procedures were conducted on alternate days, the course comprised 14 sessions, during which eruptions were gradually disappearing, eventually leaving a completely clean skin a month later.
